Urban Oasis – NDIS Central Living

Welcome to our remarkable project where creativity and innovation took center stage.

In the face of narrow lots and the imperative to craft comfortable spaces for NDIS participants requiring high physical support, we embarked on a design journey that resulted in two side-by-side houses that exude spaciousness and warmth.

Confronting the challenge of maximizing natural light on small lots, we strategically integrated central courtyards, bathing the living areas in a radiant glow. These homes not only create harmonious living spaces that prioritize functionality and aesthetics, but also offer a sense of open serenity on a compact footprint. These homes were designed with a thoughtful approach to accessibility and comfort.
